EMERSON Rosemount™ 5081 Flameproof transmitter

Rosemount 5081 flameproof transmitter is a single channel loop powered device that receives inputs from pH / ORP sensors, conductivity sensors (contact and ring) sensors, and ammeters (dissolved oxygen, chlorine and ozone sensors).

Specifications:

Measurement range fieldbus (PH): four artificial intelligence (AI) modules are assigned to pH, temperature, reference impedance and glass impedance respectively.

Field bus (ORP): three AI modules are assigned to ORP, temperature and reference impedance respectively.

Ambient temperature fieldbus (pH and ORP): execution time 75 msec. A PID function block; execution time 150 msec.

The minimum supply voltage of the power supply is 12 VDC. The maximum supply voltage is 42.4 VDC (intrinsically safe operating voltage is 30 VDC). The supply voltage shall cover the voltage drop across the cable and the external load resistance (at least 250 Ω) required for HART communication.
