Rosemount 1199 remote diaphragm system provides a wide range of products and specifications to meet the requirements of various measurement and application. Rosemount 1199 remote diaphragm can be assembled on Rosemount 3051S, 3051, 1151 and 2088 differential, gauge and absolute pressure transmitters and liquid level transmitters.

A diaphragm seal system consists of a pressure transmitter, a diaphragm seal, a filling fluid, and a directly mounted or capillary type connection. During operation, a thin elastic diaphragm and filling fluid separate the pressure sensitive element of the transmitter from the process medium. The capillary tube or directly mounted flange connects the diaphragm to the transmitter.
